Description: The Construction Technologies/SITECH Digital Construction Professional provides expert client support, training, and consulting for Trimble and Cat digital construction and machine control technologies. This role partners with clients, sales, and internal teams to ensure successful implementation, performance, and adoption of construction technology solutions that improve productivity and accuracy on jobsites.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Serve as Trimble/Cat technology expert for on & off machine software, office and cloud based solutions.
Provide client training on Trimble Business Center (TBC), WorksManager, WorksOS, SiteWorks, EarthWorks, Cat Grade, VisionLink Production and related platforms
Support new and existing customers with setup, troubleshooting, and optimization of software and machine technology
Act as the primary technical liaison with manufacturer representatives to resolve application issues
Support sales efforts through demos, solution recommendations, quote review, and customer consulting
Communicate technical issues, solutions, and improvement opportunities to SITECH/Riggs management
Requirements:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
510 years of experience with GPS/machine control technology (Trimble preferred)
Strong understanding of construction processes and jobsite workflows
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical documentation
Experience with electrical and mechanical systems related to construction technology
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Work Environment & Travel
Blended office and field role with regular customer jobsite visits
Overnight travel expected approximately 15 nights per month
Physically active role requiring lifting (up to 25 lbs occasionally) and working around construction equipment
