What you'll do

• In partnership with the department manager, develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
• Maintains staff by interviewing, selection and hiring.
• Maintain in-depth working knowledge of the company's systems and processes.
• Trains new and existing employees.
• Accomplishes department objectives by planning, assigning and directing work.
• Provide supervision and technical assistance to team members to attain departmental and organizational goals
• Coaches, counsels, and address employee performance and corrective action plans on a timely basis.
• Authoring and discussing with employee's performance appraisals
• Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purpose.
• Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment.

The wage range for Supervisor Drafting/Designing is $60,000.00 - $69,000.00.
