We are headquartered in the Pacific Northwest with multiple branch offices strategically located to meet our clients' needs. Our safety is world class, and our memberships in NIA, FCIA, NUICA, NAWIC, and WICA allow us to provide all employees with the latest industry knowledge, pledged to a professional code of conduct to provide high quality performance on all projects. Our services include Mechanical Insulation, Acoustical Services, Firestopping, Energy Auditing and Construction Support to all sizes and types of projects. We utilize the latest construction management tools and practices for estimating, scheduling, procurement and job tracking to provide a superior result to our clients.
Company History
The founding of DKB, Inc. in 1998 fulfilled a family dream. The Burows family has been in the mechanical insulation industry for three generations, starting with Raymond (Pappy) Burows in the 1940s. Ray's children followed him into the industry, and his grandsons have taken the family legacy a step further with the creation of DKB, Inc. We bring over sixty years of insulation industry experience to our clients with application, management, estimation experience working within food processing, wineries, nuclear plants, petro-chemical, basic metals production, power generation, pulp and paper, as well as commercial and residential projects.
