Company Overview

Georgia Transmission Corporation is the electric transmission arm of the state's family of consumer-owned, non-profit utilities that serve 4 million people. As such, we plan, build and maintain a power grid that serves nearly half the state's residents. We are owned by 38 of the state's 41 cooperatives, and our transmission construction and maintenance schedules rival that of some of America's largest utilities. Located just east of Atlanta, we offer opportunities in the following areas: engineering and technical, business and corporate affairs, operations and maintenance and land and environmental services.
