LCS is a design-builder, general contractor and service provider of laboratories and technical facilities. With over 3,500 laboratory projects successfully completed for exacting clients throughout the U.S., we’ve mastered the art of delivering complex environments that perform flawlessly.
Company History
LCS was founded in 1991 by a core team of specialists who had worked together on laboratory and technical facility projects since 1982. Beginning with a small office in San Juan Capistrano, California, LCS brought a unique turnkey approach to the delivery of complex technical facilities.
Our scope of services grew to include the maintenance and ongoing support of facilities, particularly complex laboratories; allowing us to service our clients from the conceptual phase of their facility to critical support after project completion.
Today, we continue to offer a distinctive integrated approach to project delivery, a method quickly accepted by our clients who desire a single source for the design, management, and construction of their technical construction projects; and value the collaboration fostered by a design-build or design-assist project delivery method.
