Nester is a PropTech startup focused on the residential real estate market. The #1 regret of homeowners is the unexpected cost of home repairs. Nester is ready to change this and disrupt the homebuying process by injecting much needed transparency into the process. The Nester Report provides buyers with a 15-year timeline of all projected major maintenance and the amount they need to save in addition to their mortgage to cover these costs. This allows them to easily compare homes accounting for the total cost, not just the mortgage, all before they make an offer. Nester has the potential to be used by all home buyers and there are currently no competitors offering our service.
