Company History
Established in 1888, with California Contractor’s License No 92, Swinerton Builders is among the most experienced general contractorsin the nation. Over the decades, we have gained a substantial reputation with our clients for high quality services, outstanding workmanship and ethical business practices. Our structured, detailed process that includes comprehensive cost and project controls, together with our straightforward methods are prime ingredients in the success of our projects – and our relationships.
