Locally owned and operated in Toano, VA. We provide installation of products and services to solve building performance issues.
Company History
The Drying Company, LLC (TDC) was established in 2002 and locally owned and operated in Toano, VA. TDC was primarily a water and moisture removal company. In 2005 with the new and current ownership, ThermalTec, our home performance division was created. Providing insulation services to new construction and home performance inspections and services for homeowners of existing homes.
In 2013, we joined Dr. Energy Saver (DES), a network of like contractors providing home performance services, giving us the ability to provide our products and services to help more homeowners.
